1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Customized products (names, initials, special sizes, or design changes)

Clearance or final-sale items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In cases of wrong or defective items, TheHankie.com covers all return shipping fees.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
